Hrs cut again discrimination & favortism

I have been with Ingles for almost two years partime. A co worker quits, Im the next person in line to go to full time. I talk to Mr.Wages about full time.He tell me to work for the schedule for two weeks and I would get fuutime employment. Little did I know the manager friend was hired and got fulltime within a months time. We heard HRS were being cut again. Guess who gets cut (me). Mr. wages had no plans on giving me fulltime, I was just used. Neither one of the manager bothered to talk to me about the situation. Can you live on 16hrs a week and support a family of five?
